Nelly, The lady thrust into the limelight all day Saturday, for allegedly cancelling her wedding on literally the last day to the wedding has responded.
From the video, She claims the reason why the wedding was cancelled was because the pastor who was to officiate the wedding applied for the marriage certificate late, and thus its an issue with the registrar of persons and not as claimed earlier.
